PepsiCo: Global Recruitment Campaign

PepsiCo products are enjoyed daily by consumers in more than 200 countries and territories, and this global company employees over 260,000 people worldwide. Always on the lookout for the best and brightest talent, PepsiCo sought to revamp their Careers website as well as develop a global recruitment campaign to highlight the exciting and varied opportunities that employees have at the company. Under the conceptual umbrella of “Your Talent. Our Stage.,” I created the chosen look and feel of the campaign and worked with a senior-level creative team to build out assets and implementation ideas for launch.
